Busy busy

Sorry. For those of you who follow closely, I’ve been a bit erratic in my blogs here. It’s been a month to say the least.

I’ve become a major wimp about the allergies lately. I’ve been doing so well with my diet and new found freedom from medication that when I got a sinus infection, it just knocked me for a real loop. So anti-biotics and lots of rest later, I’m doing better.

Two more days of school and we’re done for the year. That means a solid push on the biography after that. I’ve been trying to read as much as possible on Gardner lately, and I’ve had several people kindly send me articles lately on Gardner. So the research pile is growing. Plus I have my trip to Austin, just around the corner. Ten days of uninterupted research in the stacks hopefully will bring me insights into the man behind Perry Mason. Well, not totally uninterupted, because I’m taking a short trip on that Sunday to visit Houston, Murder by the Book, and some friends there. It will be a welcome break from a great trip.

Next week, I’ll be officially out of school, so expect a longer and better blog then!
