If You Love Books . . .

. . . then this is the weekend for you! Saturday, November 1, marks the 21st annual Buckeye Book Fair. The fair is the largest literary event in Ohio. It brings Ohio authors and readers together and raises money for libraries and adult literacy programs.

As it is every year, this year’s book fair will be held at Fisher Auditorium OSU/OARDC (that’s the Ohio State Agricultural Center), 1680 Madison Avenue, Wooster, Ohio 44691.

The fair starts at 9:30 and goes until 4, and unless you’re a student or child (they get in free), you’ll pay $2 at the door. You’ll meet 82 writers, illustrators and photographers and have the opportunity to purchase their signed works.

You’ll find childrens’ books, cookbooks, biographies, memoirs and of course, mysteries. You can check out all the authors, books and prices at:

www.BuckeyeBookFair.com

I’ll be there. Hope to see you!

PS–Happy Halloween!

  4. Don, I’m jealous! This morning, we have a light dusting of snow on the lawns and rooftops. I’m so not ready for this! Florida sounds like a much better option.

  5. I fully understand where you are coming from Don.
Please advise when you are hiring bag boys so I can apply and tag along.

  7. I just hope the rain (and snow) holds off in Philly so the World Series can actually continue and the Phillies WIN!!!!
